The strongest Epstein research begins with primary records. ESFB’s evidence library prioritizes government disclosures, court filings, transcripts and original documents over screenshots or viral summaries.
Official DOJ disclosures
The Department of Justice maintains an Epstein disclosures portal containing court records from numerous proceedings, including Doe cases, estate litigation and Government of the United States Virgin Islands v. JPMorgan Chase Bank.
Congressional records
The House Oversight Committee has published releases and transcripts from its 2026 review. These are useful for attributable testimony and timeline comparisons.
Evidence rule
A name appearing in a contact book, email, flight record, court filing or transcript establishes only what that particular document supports. It does not automatically establish knowledge of or participation in a crime.
